Most years I do a Christmas card and sometimes I come up with birthday cards. I'll post a few of the best ones here.
The images are in reverse chronological order.
Santa's Vacation
My 2009 Christmas Card. Originally the card said, "Santa's on Vacation this year, so I'm filling in for him!"

Tight Pants
I'm not crazy about the gag for the 2008 Christmas card but it was fun to draw anyway!
|
Runaway Wreath
I missed a few years it would seem! In 2005 I did a family portrait with the dog getting up to funny business.
|
Painted Hill
In 2004 I attempted a painting for the Christmas card. I didn't go very realistic as I was trying to capture the feel of some cartoons I'd been watching.
|
Simone the Safety Bear
Part of the gag on the 2003 card gets missed often - Simone is hauling the irresponsible parent away and holds a red marker in her
left hand, which was used to put the "no" signs all over the room. Everyone still gets the spirit, though.

Santa on the Lam
This was a quick card I made up for my Secret Santa recipient in 2002. I actually love the gag and I think maybe
I should do a better version in an upcoming year.

Funky Tree
My main 2002 Christmas card was this funky tree where I tried to denote light with lots of negative space. Weird concept!
